Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (nili cosmetics GmbH, Rauegjaat 8, 25946 Nebel, Phone number: +49 4682-968801, Email address: order@skinuance.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or expiration reasons

The right of withdrawal does not exist in contracts

• for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is essential or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  
• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly;
  
• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot influence;
  
• for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in contracts

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
  
• for the delivery of goods, if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature after delivery;
  
• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
