Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
Shipping to foreign islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including statutory value-added tax)
Deliveries within Germany:
- For orders over 49.00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
- For orders below 49.00€ we charge a flat shipping fee of 3.00 € per order.
Deliveries within the EU:
- For orders over 69.00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
- For orders below 69.00€ we charge a flat shipping fee of 3.50 € per order.
Deliveries to Switzerland:
- For orders over 150.00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
- For orders below 150.00 € we charge a flat shipping fee of 9.50 € per order.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 2 - 4 working days, and for international deliveries within 2 - 8 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
